As an ARC Pointe customer service support professional you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team helping our customers with questions and concerns relating to various products and services in the consumer electronics, telecommunications, computer, and media and entertainment industries. You’ll take mainly inbound calls and may also be required to connect with our customers using e-mail and chat.
