Angel P. Gillette

Prior to joining us, Angel held senior leadership roles with several outsourcing companies where he was charged with operational responsibility for over 5,000 call center agents.

 

He joins us to ensure effective implementations and consistent daily operations of our call center operations.

 

Angel also oversees the development and application of ARC Pointe’s technological initiatives and resources.

 

Angel has several advanced degrees and certifications and has studied at the Technological Institute in Cartago, Costa Rica.

 

He has an ISO Certification (as part of Verizon ISO Certification) and has been in the IT field since the 1990’s working with such companies as Verizon International, RT Funding, and Detroit AP RD.
